2....The Product Pressure:
1. With the increase of system pressure, the contact pressure of
sealing lip increases, which leads to low dynamic efficiency of
sealing edge flow and friction and over temperature at sealing
edge.
2. The operating pressure P and the circumferential velocity V of
the system determine the operating limits of the seals.
3. Exceeding these limits will result in premature wear, early
hardening of the sealing lips, and reduced service life. The
standard simmering framework oil seal is mainly designed for the
maximum operating pressure of 0.02 to 0.05Mpa (2.90 to 7.25psi)
under no pressure or ultra-low pressure conditions
4. In the process of operation, when the temperature of components
increases and the air in the closed position will gradually
increase, it is recommended to install a vent valve. It is
recommended to use babsl models in specific areas with such loads.
One of the features of the seal is the short and active sealing
lip. This design prevents the contact pressure of the sealing lip
